Practical information about Stress to Strength Private Coaching
Stress to Strength 5 Step Program is a product of more than 30 years of experience in the field of stress management. It consists of proven methods that are tailored to suit your needs. The individualized program is offered at different lengths, and you choose which one suits you best.
5-Step Program covers Physical, Mental and Emotional Stress
Here are some of the things we look at in the coaching program:
- self-sabotaging patterns and how to transform them
- how the subconscious mind works and increases awareness
- look at old truths, values, and shifts of mindset
- learn how to get energy into your life with various methods
- how to sustain your new habits and mindset
We work on a physical, mental, emotional, and existential level, and YOU are the one who sets the intention and goal of what you want to achieve.
Step 1: Awareness
This is the first step to look at before we can do any mapping; after that, we look at awareness on four deeper levels. Start by asking yourself these questions:
- Where am I at right now?
- What do I want to achieve?
- Why do I want it?
- What am I willing to change?
- What am I willing to let go of?

About me
For the past 30 years, I have worked with stress management internationally and in Sweden. I have worked with authorities such as the Swedish Tax Authority, banks, large companies, hospital staff, and private clients.
The tools I work with in mental training are neurolinguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness. I am steeped in Eastern philosophy and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I hold a Master Exam in Medical Qigong. I also have 2 years of studies in western medicine.
